Amazing to learn how to read and spell. Teaches the concept of letters into words. When is book 2 going to be available? My 3 1/2 yr old loves doing the activities.

Its a good app. My 6 years old daughter likes it. She had the book so we downloaded the app. But its very limited. I like to see more sentences for each level and some word games and activities.

My son enjoys it very much and you can see him learning!

My four year old loves the interaction involved with this spelling game and I enjoy that its educational. I think I will be purchasing his books shortly.

My son can sometimes be stubborn with me when learning to read one on one, but with this app he feels independent in his learning.

Love this app for its interactivity and teaching spelling, sound and first word recognition.

My child loves this app. We spend time spelling out the scenes words and then go to the books and read them too. Wonderful times with my child.

We are really enjoying this app from Bob Books. They start off very simply so it is easy to get going. Then as you go further the colors and animations add depth to the stories and lessons. We are going to keep on with this one and then go on to #2. Thanks Bob Books!

I tried the free version first because I was not sure if she would like it and she took to it immediately. She seemed so proud when she figured out how to drag the letters to make the word. Because she has a speech delay I was also very excited when she began repeating words from the app. Priceless!

Just as great as the original bob books but interactive, well Done!

This has great activities to help kids build phonics-skills. My daughter loves to read the e-books. She finds the traditional books a bit boring and tires of them quickly, but she sticks to this app longer and enjoys coming back to it. She can easily navigate through the app on her own, too. Nice work!

Thought I was buying an app that would drill my daughter through various forms of repetition just like in the box set of books. This app takes you through 1 page of each book not progressing the child like in the regular book set. After playing/reading the set twice, my daughter is bored. It would be a great app if they had an option to read the book to the child or let the child touch a word to read the story. Definitely not what I expected when I purchased this app

This app is great and reinforces the early reading my kids are doing. It is truly educational and on par with Bob Books. I just wish there was more content; my kids finished it in one sitting.

Your update removed the voice and music. All thats left is some sound effects. My 2 year old loves the app and is learning how to spell from it so thanks so much, but please fix your update!

Love this app and the paper bob books! My 4 yr old has learned to read using this app! The app is fun, helps with letter sounds and is easy to use. I love all the different level challenges also. Love this app! I see why it won soooo many awards!

I am usually very generous with reviews, but this Bob Book app is just not worth spending on. For a paid app, it is only useful briefly, and then its time to cough up more money to go on. My daughter is just learning to read, she has a set of Bob Books at home. There are 12 scenes in each section that is theoretically progressively harder. But each section has the same 12 scenes, so my daughter quickly lost interest in it. "Mom theyre all the same". I pointed out that they were slightly different skills, and she went on, but it just wasnt very engaging.

I love this app. The actual content is high quality. It executes very well and is an outstanding tool to develop beginning readers. There is simply not enough of it to even begin to justify the price. I hope you guys add more in a future update so the vast majority dont walk away from this purchase feeling overcharged.
